21 days challenge - Day 5

Holloa hoooo... It's day 5.

Well I successfully completed 5 days waking up at 5 am.  And sometimes I feel dizzy but believe me I feel more energetic throughout the day.

One thing I want to quote
" Decide,  just decide who you want to be,  what you want to be and rest is your path "

I will explain the strategy behind waking up so early inspite of just 6 hours of sleep with extensive workout,  office schedule hours,  traveling hours.

Strategy is damn simple.
Say loud in your heart at least 50 times " I wanna wake up early " and is this strategy worked for me then anyone can wake up in this universe.
I will explain you what I achieved by eating up early in next post.   Keep waking keep doing things

21 Day Challange to wake up at 5:00 AM daily

Yesterday night while watching a video from TEDx talk "How waking up every day at 4.30am can change your life | Filipe Castro Matos | TEDxAUBG" i decided i need to act on this activity and build one new habit of waking up early.

I read everywhere that waking early is most important thing to become successful and also after reading many articles and interviews of successful people i analysed that many people where having this ability and will power to wake up early in their life ( both in their entrepreneurial journey as well as in their personal life)

So today is day 1 of 21 day challenge

Activity schedule
1. Woke up at 5:15 (Day 1 so you can apologise for the same)
2. 20 mails to event management companies
3. Writing blog
4. 2 glass of water ;p
